Comments: We had our metal siding replaced due to hail damage. While it did take time to work through Ins details and to get the siding in stock and shipped the wait was worth it. The job was completed by one worker who do a fantastic job. Cleanup during the job was superb. We could not find a single thing wrong with the excellent workmanship. We would hire this worker and company again without hesitation. The only problem we had was slow pickup of the dumpster and portapotty after the job was finished.

Comments: Wade Kasman (Project Manager) was with us the entire length of the project which took place during our snowy season. Work crews for both siding and roofing completely cleaned up at days end and was as if no one had been there. Guy (Sales Associate) was fair, honest and upfront from the beginning and his input was invaluable to our color selection process. Best possible outcome from this company, our home looks brand new. Comments: I was promised a top notch crew, but because of my quick time constraints - I don't think I got one of their regular crews. The owners worked hard to try to make me happy, but in the end the quality of the work wasn't that great (poor caulking around windows and door, paint on bottom of garage door rubber, painted garage door closed, etc.) I feel like this is a good company and that I just didn't get the actual company, again because of my time crunch. The price was fair and I hope to have another opportunity to use this company and hopefully upgrade my star rating for them.

Comments: We were very happy with installation results and process. The siding looks great and the project manager worked hard to see that it was completed speedily. The only issue to speak of was in cleanup--some debris was left on our lower roof from the removal of the old siding that will require climbing up and sweeping off. A minor issue overall.

Comments: The work ethic of the crew was incredible. They worked long hours and were very polite, clean and efficient. The only complaint I would have is that after we put down the deposit, it required a couple reminder phone calls to get the ball rolling and the product ordered. However, after that, it was smooth sailing and the install was great. They also did a great job with the walk through at the end to make sure that we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company.

Comments: Great customer service! 13 windows installed in just over one day; all 13 would have been installed the first day, but we had to wait for a tempered window to arrive for the bathroom. Two of my windows had slight flaws, and Bryce was great about following up to replace those panels and ensure satisfaction. Installation was done with quality. I would highly recommend Exquisite Windows to anyone in the market for new windows. Their Alside vinyl windows are an excellent bargain.

Comments: Nice People, reliable and courteous, however, some of the workmanship got a little sloppy at the end of the job. We had to hire a carpet guy to come in and re-fit the carpet to the new sliding glass door. The frame of the new door was much bigger, so the carpet was overlapping. When the door was installed and caulked, they got sloppy and caulked the door to the carpet pad - it had to be "dug" out. Took some extra work. No need to rush! I also wish they had warned me how dusty the job would be. I would have moved more furniture and protected the rest better. They were on time, friendly and responsive to my questions and needs. I love the windows! .

Comments: I was very happy with the windows we purchased and most aspects of the installation. My only complaint would be regarding their use of replacement/filler mortar around the edges of the windows on the outside. They picked a darker color mortar that matched the existing mortar used on our house's brick exterior, but the inside line (where the mortar ends, as it overlaps onto the white vinyl window frame) is uneven and mortar surface is rough. This is only a cosmetic problem, and only noticeable when you are close to the windows.

The bid was competitive, and was lower than the big home improvement centers. We selected Exquisite to do the work and they scheduled it quickly. They showed up on time, did a fantastic job installing our entry doors, and left the work area in a clean condition when they left. The workmanship was very high quality. The workers went the extra mile for us to pick up a missing storm door from a supplier.
