Exterior Repaint in Colorado Springs

We prepped and primed the entire house and applied a gorgeous red color on the siding and eaves with a soft white accent on the trim of the home. It turned out great!

Stucco in Denver

We removed warped vinyl siding and installed acrylic stucco. We painted the soffits and fascia as well as the accent color on the window pop-outs. We also replaced the glass with broken seals and built new screens where they were missing.

Hardie ColorPlus Siding Replacement

We installed HardiePlank, ColorPlus siding and trim. We installed vinyl soffits and finished the fascia boards off with aluminum, trim coil that has a 30 year paint warranty. Additionally, we replaced two garage doors with Amarr steel, pre-finished doors. Looks like a new house!

New Opening for French Door

This is a great picture because there used to be two windows (same as you see on the left) where the French Door currently is. We re-framed the opening and installed the French Door, so the customer had a beautiful door leading to his new deck!

New Vinyl Prodigy Siding

This customer had damaged wood siding. We installed vinyl, Prodigy siding and new shutters. The siding is a single 7" straight lap. It looks great! And she doesn't have to worry about painting again! Plus, this is insulated siding that can save up to 35% in energy!

Bay Window in Kitchen with Granite Counter Top

This is a Pella Bay window that we installed with new interior and exterior trim. The customer hired a granite counter top company to come in after us and install the granite to the bay window. This is the best looking bay window we have done! It is gorgeous!

16 Window House

This particular house was a 16 window job. Exquisite windows installed all the windows as well as primed and painted all of the interior wood trim.

Vinyl House

We replaced 14 windows all with Amerimax vinyl windows. The old windows were over 20 years old and allowed both warm and cold air into the house. Since the replacement, the homeowner has noticed a drastic drop in the amount of heat allowed through the glass.

Downtown Denver

This project was done on a commercial building in downtown Denver that was close to 100 years old. We had to customize the exterior trim on the top of each window. We also stained and painted the interior!!!

Siding

We replaced an old aluminum sliding patio door that was the major heat loss source in the house with a new Amerimax New Horizon sliding patio door with brushed chrome hardware and a limited lifetime warranty. Additionally, we installed a doggy door that fit nicely next to the new door!

Lindquist

We removed two old aluminum, single paned single sliders that made the Lindquist's entire basement cold. We replaced them with new Low-E, argon filled vinyl windows made by Amerimax Windows (based in Colorado, made for Colorado), which is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. The basement began to warm up immediately!!!
